Integrated Ultrasound Consulting T/A Integrated Ultrasound Education (IUE) was founded in 2010 to provide effective ultrasound training and solutions for health professionals, clinicians and Radiology businesses, along with providing staffing resources and education to rural and remote communities of Australia.

IUE has forged a successful reputation through its team of quality, diverse, highly experienced Senior sonographers and Tutors, with extensive experience.

Our team is passionate about all aspects of education, as well as offering patients a comprehensive, up-to-date and enjoyable diagnostic examination service.

IUE are passionate about the advanced technologies that are continually emerging in the ultrasound world and the fantastic applications, and want to introduce the use of these technologies to Sonographers/Trainee Sonographers, Clinician’s and Allied Health Professionals.

Gail has been working as a Sonographer for over 20 years’ in Australia, the United Kingdom, and South East Asia.

She is a senior Clinical Sonographer with experience working in tertiary adult, obstetric and paediatric hospitals, along with working in private practice and rural and remote locations throughout Western Australia.

Gail, along with being a Director of IUE, has extensive experience working as a Tutor Sonographer, running the IUE Clinical Training Program, an intensive 12-16 week Ultrasound Training Program for student sonographers. She also is one of the Clinical Tutor Sonographer’s for Perth Children’s Hospital. Gail is passionate about ultrasound education and training. If not training Sonographers or trainee Sonographers, she can be found educating Physiotherapists (MSK/Women’s Health/Paediatric), Emergency and Respiratory Physicians, Radiology Registrars, GP Obstetricians and Midwives.

Gail is proficient in developing sonographic training programs, assessing and remodelling existing programs, along with collating educational material and organising educational events. Gail holds a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.

She is an active committee member of the Australian Sonographers Association (ASA) in Western Australia, having held the chairperson roll for many years, along with being actively involved in the Committee. Gail also worked a co-convenor for the ASA 2015 National Conference held in Perth.

Narelle, Director

Narelle Morin

Director

Narelle has more than 20 years’ professional scanning experience, working in both the public and private sectors of Western Australia.

Her extensive tutoring expertise has been established through roles with one of the state’s largest private practices, Notre Dame University; Fremantle, and various private and public sites, including Perth Children’s Hospital.

Narelle has worked in the corporate sector as an Applications Specialist for Siemens Healthcare, in both Western Australia and South Australia.

Narelle along with being a director of IUE; has most recently been focused on the tutoring of Sonographers, Trainee Sonographers, Medical Students at the University of Notre Dame; Rheumatologists in assisting them obtain CCPU accreditation in Musculoskeletal Imaging; Physiotherapists, General practitioners and Emergency Physicians.

Narelle currently scans in various private practices, including a dedicated Tertiary Obstetric Clinic within Perth; as well as in rural center’s in Western Australia.

She has spoken at local and national conferences.

Kathryn Coward

Kate has over 16 years’ Sonography experience working across Australia, and the United Kingdom, encompassing a broad range of ultrasound examinations, with a special interest in tertiary level gynaecology.

She has extensive experience working as a Tutor Sonographer/Mentor, along with educating Allied Health Professionals and Medical Practitioners, with a focus in FAST scans.

Kate led the audit and evaluation Sonography team most recently at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust.

She currently works with IUE as a Tutor Sonographer along with working in community based clinics around Perth.

Venissa, Tutor

Venissa Seet

Senior Tutor Sonographer

Experienced Senior Sonographer, having worked in both large and small private practises across Perth, along with tertiary hospitals and rural and remote locations in Western Australia.  Here she gained extensive experience in training student Sonographers, and Physiotherapists, with a focus on musculoskeletal ultrasound.

Venissa has a special interest in paediatric sonography having worked at Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH).  Here she assisted in the training of fellow sonographers along with Radiology Registrars.

Venissa is a very experienced Tutor Sonographer, having a calm and understanding demeanour with a wide skill set and competency level.  Venissa is a huge asset to Integrated tutoring team.

Sam Ward

Sam is an accredited Medical Sonographer with over 18 years’ experience, having worked in both small remote practises and advanced tertiary hospitals both in Western Australia and Queensland.

Sam has extensive tertiary obstetric and gynaecological experience, most recently working with a Senior Fetal Medicine Consultant in Perth; Western Australia.

Sam is passionate about education and training for Sonographers and Allied Health professionals.  Having taught at Curtin University; Western Australia, along with the teaching of Emergency Registrars/Consultants; Obstetric and Gynaecological Registrars/Consultants and GP Obstetricians.

Experienced Senior Sonographer, having worked in multiple tertiary hospitals across Perth and smaller rural and remote centres across Western Australia.

Carly has extensive experience in working with the Indigenous and culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities.

Carly is a dedicated Tutor Sonographer, having experience educating trainee sonographers, medical registrars and other Allied Health Professionals.

Carly is an actively involved committee member of the Australian Sonographers Association (ASA) Perth Branch.

Hannah Zubrowski

Hannah is an experienced Senior Sonographer, having worked in a variety of clinical settings including major tertiary hospitals within Western Australia, along with community ultrasound clinics, and tertiary private vascular labs.

From this has come a broad range of experience and expertise, in a range of areas including; general, obstetrics, fertility, paediatrics, small parts, and interventional procedures.  Hannah has a passion and extensive clinical expertise in tertiary level vascular ultrasound.

In 2021 Hannah was involved in writing the following paper; published in the British Journal of Radiology “Sonographic findings in mid aortic syndrome”.

Hannah is one of our newer members to the IUE team and enjoys sharing the challenge and excitement the ultrasound learning experience brings.
